Once you have selected a price point and contacted Chef Goody, a date will be confirmed along with potential menu items catered to your own preferences. Every dining experience is bespoke. Two weeks prior to the event, a deposit of half the estimated balance as well as guest numbers and allergy details will be required. Upon completion of the event, the remaining balance is due. Party sizes can range from 4-20 guests depending.

Small or Large, cooking lessons are catered to what you want to learn. Savory or Sweet, one dish or an entire meal. Printed recipes are supplied so you can replicate the meal, long after the lesson. Pasta, quick breads, pickling, basic cooking and pastry techniques. Advanced technique and method lessons are available for repeat clients.
